The Faculty of Education at Monash University has partnered with VicHealth to deliver the Kids Co-designing Healthy Places program. The program aims to support local councils to co-design healthy places with kids by providing a range of online tools and guidance. When you access the toolkit or sign up to access the toolkit different data will be collected. This information may be shared with VicHealth. We may also use your email to contact you for research purposes. The information will be managed and stored as set out in our Data Protection and Privacy Procedure and Research Data Protection and Privacy Collection Statement
You can find more information in our Data Protection and Privacy Procedure or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
For councils and schools
When council staff or teachers register to use the toolkit, we collect the following data about you:
- Your name
- Email address
- How you intend to use the Kids Co-designing Healthy Places project, including its audits.
You will find information about how councils and schools will manage kids’ data and privacy in the project link they have shared.
We have requested that kids make sure when including photos as part of their audits that they do not include people – or, if they do, that they blur out any faces. Teachers and council staff can also use the audit toolkit builder to give kids further instructions on any specific privacy matters.
